• Rapping

  In the last week, I have TWICE been in a car where a young man was rapping, out loud, with headphones on. 

  
  

  One guy was kind of loud... and was rapping along with a song.... with motions...

  
  

  But the second guy was listening to some beats and it looked like he was singing his OWN lyrics, which he had written on his little mini... computer.. dealie.. (I am not up on the TECH-MO-LOGY so I have no idea what that thing is called)... what's funny is that I am sitting next to him, reading the NY Times... I'm dressed for work.. he's dressed for school (a young stylish black guy)... and as I read the paper, I bob along with his beats... he's quietly mouthing the lyrics, scrolling on this mini-computer, going back.. starting over again... practicing...

  
  

  I wonder what he was rapping about?
